A leading global insurance firm located in Cape Town is seeking a talented individual to join their Consumer & Commercial team. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring standards in claims underwriting, and assisting in cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial client service and relevant qualifications. This position supports a hybrid work model with three days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-year appropriate experience in the commercial client service environment.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Specialist markets such as Specialist liability and D&O.
• Must have RE 5 CPD and be FAIS compliant.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with clients about claims underwriting and renewals.
• Ensure claims underwriting standards are maintained.
• Participate in cross selling and upselling initiatives.
