Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Analyze and resolve customer problems or complex queries.
• Manage CRM data, schedule follow-ups and enter information after every contact.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Engage in business development by monitoring sales and market data in a geographic region.
• Represent the organization at business events and create market insights.
