This role involves making courtesy calls to clients and onboarding new policyholders to update records and enhance customer experience. We are looking for a customer orientated individual with excellent communication skills to join our New Business team.
You will be responsible for making courtesy calls to clients and on-boarding new policyholders to update and correct policy records, with the aim of preventing potential delays at claims stage. Providing an after-sales service, improving the customer experience and the improving persistency on the new business portfolio.
You will be working for a company that is over 100 years old with strong values which are customer centric.
