Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join their Richards Bay team. You will perform general cleaning across commercial and industrial spaces to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.

You will dust, mop, sanitize, clean restrooms and kitchens, and maintain equipment and supply storage. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Training is provided and wages are competitive.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and their proper usage.
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment efficiently.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Empty trash and recycling receptacles, ensuring proper disposal.
