Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a sharp Claims Investigator to join a remote team serving clients across Welkom and the Free State region. You will conduct thorough investigations into insurance claims to verify information, identify potential fraud, and gather evidence to support claim resolutions.

The role requires autonomy, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication with the claims department and policyholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims investigation, fraud detection, or related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and investigative methodologies.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work remotely with strong self-management.

Responsibilities
