Overview

Senior Claims Administrator Pace Car Rental, a leading name in the car rental industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Claims Department.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process claims for damages, losses, and liabilities incurred by Pace Car Rental.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
• Negotiate settlements and pursue recovery from responsible parties, including insurance companies, individuals, and businesses.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activities, correspondence, and settlements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior claims administrators as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims administration, preferably in a recoveries department.
• Multilingual proficiency (additional languages beyond English preferred).
