Join a leading financial services group in South Africa as part of the Claims Management Team. This role requires a strong background in short term insurance and claims handling, with a focus on client satisfaction and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing claims investigations and ensuring compliance with legal regulations while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Minimum Experience Required
• Minimum 5 years short term insurance experience
• Minimum 3 years Claims experience
• Minimum 3 years Salvage process (Accident and Theft) experience
• Minimum 2 years Supervisory/Management experience
• Solid understanding of TIA claims system and claims procedures
Claims administration
Claims settlements of a complex nature
Payment approval and rejections
Operate within claims guidelines and compliance
Coach and mentor less experienced short term claims clerks
Business insight - Contributing independently
Manages complexity - Contributing independently
Plans and aligns - Contributing independently
Interpersonal savvy - Contributing independently
