Job summary

A leading life insurance company based in Pretoria seeks a Claims Administrator to manage claims processes and client communications. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate, at least one year of client services experience in life insurance, and strong communication skills. This role requires handling various administrative tasks and providing support to clients throughout the claims process.

Qualifications

  • 1 year client services experience within the life insurance industry is essential.
  • 2 years’ prior experience within a UK Insurance environment is advantageous.
  • 6 months claims administration experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Telephonic and written correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
  • Setting up of payment of benefit or medical report payments.
  • Capture and report on claims statistics.
