We're searching for a Civil Technician / Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you'll apply your expertise in civil engineering design and project management to ensure the successful delivery of diverse infrastructure projects.

Qualifications :

National Diploma : Civil Engineering

Master's Degree : Business Administration in Project Management (M.Tech)

Experience :

Four years in civil engineering project design.

Proven experience in development, preliminary design, contract document preparation, and contract monitoring.

Skills Summary :

Proficient in engineering and project management technical tasks.

Expertise in contract administration and monitoring.

Skilled in designing roads, sewerage, water, and stormwater systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with detail design of civil engineering projects.

Contribute to project management and program planning.

Perform contract administration, including running meetings and taking minutes.

Draught site plans, layouts, sections, and standard details.

Assist with quantity measurement.

Self-check all work before leader review.

Help prepare tender documents and drawings (printing / binding).

Issue approved drawings for construction and maintain accurate records.

Efficiently file drawings.

Familiarize yourself with CAD and relevant design software, striving for high-quality drawing.

Understand ISO 9001 standards.

Perform other duties as required.
