Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of school infrastructure and facilities projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and manage permits and approvals.
• Oversee construction and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and school leadership.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct inspections, manage quality control, and resolve project issues effectively.

Requirements

• Civil / Structural Engineering qualification.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in facilities / infrastructure project management.
• Registered with ECSA as PrEng / PrTech.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
