• Scheduling & Task Assignment: Create daily work schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance.
• Site Operations: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans and safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure the correct use of PPE and machinery.
• Resource Management: Manage tools, materials, and equipment for optimal site productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship to meet project and client standards.
• Communication & Reporting: Act as the liaison between site workers and management; compile reports on time, materials, and budget usage.
• Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and mentor construction workers and apprentices.
• Problem‑Solving: Resolve on‑site challenges efficiently to maintain workflow and morale.
