Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Food Tech, or Production/Operations Management.
• 5–7 years’ citrus packhouse experience.
• Knowledge of packing line equipment, cold chain logistics, and export requirements.
• Familiar with GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, PPECB.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of packing, receiving, grading, packing, and dispatch.
• Quality control and compliance with export/local standards.
• Labour management and scheduling during peak seasons.
• Administration and reporting; maintenance and continuous improvement.
