Iridium, a market-leading Cloud Accounting firm in Cape Town, invites graduates to join the CIMA Trainee Programme for 2027. This three-year contract offers hands-on exposure to monthly accounting, payroll, and tax processes while supporting your CIMA qualification.

You will work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with mentorship, flexible hours, and a focus on development from day one.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours Degree in Management Accounting or Accounting.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Interest in pursuing the CIMA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Monthly accounting and processing for SMEs.
• Payroll processing via SimplePay.
• SARS submissions (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax Returns).
• Provisional tax calculations and client discussions.
• Direct client communication and relationship building.
• Financial management support for growing SMEs.
• Ad hoc accounting projects.

The Role

We are looking for ambitious, motivated graduates to join our Cape Town office in January 2027.

This is a three-year trainee contract, designed to help you complete the practical requirements for your CIMA qualification, while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven accounting firm.
