A premium chocolate retailer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and assist customers in selecting Lindt products. The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. You will be responsible for providing product knowledge, managing transactions, and maintaining store standards. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Delivering exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.Customer Service and SalesDeliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections of the Chocolate Shop and over the phoneGreeting all customers, "Welcome to Lindt", hosting and providing a memorable experienceEducating and informing customers on Lindt chocolate products and handling them with passion and in-depth knowledgeActively sampling provides product knowledge and introduces products through discussion of taste profiles and ingredientsAwareness of daily sales budgets, actively upselling to increase customer transaction spendInform all customers of current instore promotions, events, and directed informationProvide customers assistance in the selection of quality Lindt products, encouraging additional salesServing more than one customer at a time, acknowledging and communicating at all timesMulti-task between completing store operational tasks and serving customersProcessing the customer orders through the POS, and credit card transactionsOwn and manage individual tills, including counting floats and performing end of shift till procedurePreparing big customer ordersEnsure complaints are addressed immediately by informing the Manager on dutyDevelop a rapport with regular customers encouraging repeat business.
