About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and creative Child Enrichment Coordinator to join their team in Upington. This role is dedicated to designing and implementing engaging programs that enhance the developmental experiences of children outside of regular schooling hours. You will be responsible for planning a variety of activities, including arts, crafts, educational games, and supervised outdoor play, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for child development, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to inspire children's engagement and creativity. This position is crucial in providing enriching after-school and holiday programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute a diverse range of enrichment activities for children of various ages.


• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in programs, adhering to strict supervision protocols.


• Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment that encourages children's participation and development.


• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and activity preparation.


• Communicate effectively with parents regarding program details, schedules, and their child's participation.
