Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Child Development Facilitator to lead educational programs at their Centurion learning center. You will design engaging activities that support cognitive, emotional, and social growth, while partnering with families to create a cohesive development plan for each child.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in child psychology or education, has at least three years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Child Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitating child development programs.
• Strong understanding of various child development theories and pedagogical frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and adults.
• Proficiency in creating educational materials and conducting assessments.
