Qualifications

• 10+ years life insurance underwriting experience including leading Underwriting teams.
• Experience in medical underwriting and risk assessment.
• Experience engaging with reinsurers and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for underwriting philosophy, governance, and risk selection.
• Lead an underwriting function delivering customer and business outcomes.
• Drive underwriting innovation and modernisation for efficiency and risk mgmt.
• Partner with actuarial, medical, product, and distribution teams to grow profitable business.
