Libstar seeks a Head of Technical for Select Products Cluster to drive food safety, quality, and sustainability across chilled, ambient and frozen operations. Lead a high-performing technical team and ensure compliance with HACCP, QMS, and ISO standards while partnering with customers and suppliers.

You will shape strategy, oversee governance and risk, and champion responsible sourcing and product governance across local and international supply bases.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or related field.
• At least 10 years in senior food safety/quality roles.
• Experience across manufacturing, retail and food service.
• Knowledge of HACCP, QMS, FSSC 22000 and ISO standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Cluster's food safety, quality and technical agenda across chilled, ambient and frozen ops.
• Set and monitor KPIs for food safety, quality, health and safety, sustainability and ethics.
• Drive governance, risk, audits, and incident management.
• Build and lead high-performing technical teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Represent Libstar in industry collaborations and customer partnerships.
