About You

You are a strategic operator who thrives in complex, high-growth environments. You think in systems, processes, and outcomes, not tasks. You’ve led multiple departments, introduced structure to chaos, and built scalable workflows that drive measurable business impact.

You are both strategic and hands-on, capable of mentoring leaders while overseeing data-driven execution. You excel in remote-first environments where alignment, speed, and communication are everything.

If you’ve scaled a digital agency, or creator business before, you already know what it takes to build a machine that runs efficiently without constant supervision.

Top 5 Objectives
  1. Establish operational structure, rhythm, and accountability across all departments.

  2. Build and implement KPI systems, OKRs, and reporting cadences to ensure measurable results.

  3. Design scalable systems, SOPs, and workflows with the Systems Department to support rapid growth.

  4. Strengthen leadership alignment and improve execution quality across all departments.

  5. Prepare the organization to scale from 1M to 5M/month sustainably.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and align 10 department heads, ensuring consistent communication and accountability.

  • Implement clear reporting structures, weekly performance reviews, and company-wide OKRs.

  • Collaborate with the Systems and Operations teams to define, design, and optimize workflows in Notion and other tools.

  • Build a culture of ownership and clarity where goals, data, and decisions are transparent and actionable.

  • Audit existing systems and processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Partner with Finance to monitor headcount ROI, margins, and operational costs.

  • Report directly to the CEO on key metrics, progress, and cross-departmental performance.

  • Ensure every function in the organization operates with discipline, accountability, and clear deliverables.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in senior operations or director-level roles (COO, Head of Operations, Director of Strategy).

  • Proven success scaling a digital agency from 6 to 8 figures.

  • Experience leading 50+ remote employees across multiple departments.

  • Strong expertise in building systems, workflows, and KPI frameworks.

  • Analytical mindset with deep understanding of data-driven operations.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in remote, cross-cultural settings.

  • Hands‑on experience with Notion, KPI or OKR dashboards, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace).

Nice to Have
  • Experience in creator economy, talent management, or content-based business models.

  • Background in financial operations, scaling teams, or cross‑department integrations.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing, recruitment systems, or sales enablement processes.
