Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior operations leadership role.
  • Experience in aviation and road freight preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on organizational strategy.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and mentor senior departmental heads; foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Oversee daily operations, process optimization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor risks, lead audits, and ensure operational compliance.
  • Maintain strong client and vendor relationships; oversee contracts and SLA reviews.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop high-performing teams and promote continuous learning and innovation.
