Placements24 is seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer to oversee all operational aspects from Kimberley. You will lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and shape the company’s operational future in the Northern Cape.

As a member of the executive team, you will implement business strategies, mentor teams, ensure compliance, and deliver on growth and profitability through performance metrics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior operational leadership roles (COO/VP/Director).
• Proven track record of managing complex operations and driving improvements.
• Strong understanding of operations, finance, HR and strategy.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
