Role Overview
We are conducting an urgent search for a world‑class, execution‑driven CMO to lead all global marketing and brand operations. This is a high‑impact, high‑ownership role for a visionary female leader with a killer mentality who understands the beauty industry inside‑out, thrives in fast‑moving environments, and can turn groundbreaking science into a global consumer brand.
- Work directly and closely with the CEO
- Oversee the Product Manager
- Own brand, launch, and growth strategy end‑to‑end
- Lead the company’s launch in the U.S. market
- Shape the long‑term global marketing vision
Ideal Candidate
8+ years in beauty/cosmetics, preferably with experience at global brands such as L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Revlon, Aesop, Coty, Shiseido, Unilever Beauty, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and own the company’s global brand identity and category‑defining story
- Translate complex biotech into clear, captivating consumer messaging
- Build a premium, iconic brand at the intersection of beauty and science
Go‑to‑Market Leadership
- Lead the entire global product launch, with a strong focus on the U.S. market
- Conduct competitive analyses and map out global entry strategies (U.S., EU, Asia, Israel)
- Oversee packaging, pricing, consumer education, and positioning
Growth & Digital
- Build and execute data‑driven acquisition and retention strategies
- Scale digital channels (paid, organic, influencer, PR, content)
- Develop a high‑performance e‑commerce and U.S. growth engine
Team & Leadership
- Oversee the Product Manager and expand the marketing team over time
- Collaborate deeply with R&D, Science, Product, and the CEO
- Establish a culture of excellence, creativity, speed, and positivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred
- 8+ years of marketing leadership in beauty, cosmetics, haircare, or wellness
- Strong track record launching beauty products in the U.S. market
- Fluent English (native‑level or near‑native)
- Expertise across brand, digital, and growth marketing
- Experience with biotech or science‑backed products (advantage)
- Result‑driven, resilient, killer mentality approach to execution
