- Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive, group‑wide marketing strategy that supports business objectives and market expansion.
Brand Governance & Architecture
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while supporting the unique identities of individual brands.
- Oversee all brand guidelines, positioning frameworks, and messaging.
Digital Marketing Excellence
- Oversee and integrate all digital channels including SEO / SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Leverage data‑driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
MarTech & Data Integrity
- Oversee the marketing tech stack, CRM systems, and automation platforms to streamline campaigns and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and actionable reporting.
Commercial Execution
- Translate high‑level strategy into tangible results, with a sharp focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Skills & Experience (Not Negotiable)
- Holds 8‑10 years of marketing experience in a highly commercial, B2B environment.
- Has at least 8 years in a senior management role, with a minimum of 10 years’ professional experience gained within a leading Distribution, Services, Technical / IT, or Asset Leasing business.
- Possesses a strong international marketing perspective with proven experience operating across multiple geographic markets (UK & Africa experience is essential).
- Has a background in or a strong understanding of the FinTech sector and Asset Leasing / Management.
- Is an execution‑focused leader with a proven ability to build, implement, and oversee complex marketing strategies.
- Has deep insight into the evolving challenges and growth opportunities within the Technology and IT Services sector.
