The Role
As our CMO, you will lead the strategy and execution of our multi-channel marketing programs, spanning paid, organic, content, social media, influencer, affiliate, and app growth initiatives. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing marketing team, optimizing campaigns for acquisition and retention, and positioning our brand as a global leader in travel connectivity.
This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring both big-picture vision and data-driven execution, with the autonomy to make decisions that directly impact company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Team Management
 
- Lead and scale a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue.
 - Oversee and coordinate marketing team members across paid ads, influencer outreach, content, SEO, and social media.
 - Provide mentorship, guidance, and expertise across all marketing functions while empowering your team to execute.
 - Advise on team expansion, hiring, and resource allocation to ensure scalable growth.
 - Set marketing KPIs, track performance, and make strategic decisions to maximize ROI.
 
- Digital Advertising & Performance Optimization
 
- Own Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, App) and optimize performance through testing, creative copy, and targeting.
 - Lead Meta, TikTok, and social media advertising strategies for awareness and conversion.
 - Analyze data and reporting to refine campaigns, improve ROI, and drive measurable growth.
 
- Content, SEO & Brand Storytelling
 
- Develop and execute content strategies to build brand awareness and drive conversions.
 - Oversee SEO initiatives, on-page optimization, backlink acquisition, guest posting, and PR outreach.
 - Repurpose user-generated content (UGC) for product pages, social media, and ad campaigns.
 - Manage content calendar and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and freelancers.
 
- Influencer, Affiliate & Community Programs
 
- Launch and scale influencer and affiliate marketing programs.
 - Build partnerships with bloggers, YouTubers, travel content creators, and media publishers.
 - Incentivize and manage UGC campaigns to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
 
- Lead marketing strategies for app launches and digital products.
 - Manage marketing efforts across multiple brands, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
 - Leverage AI and other digital tools to drive insights, automation, and performance improvements.
 
- Analysis & Continuous Improvement
 
- Monitor travel, tech, and marketing trends to inform strategy.
 - Conduct competitor analysis and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
 - Adjust marketing programs based on data, ROI, and business goals.

- Proven leadership experience in digital marketing, growth, and brand scaling.
 - Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, SEO, influencer, affiliate, and content marketing.
 - Hands-on experience with app launches and multi-brand campaigns.
 - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
 - Ability to lead a team, make independent strategic decisions, and provide executive-level guidance.
