Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (NQF 7).
• Certificate in Cyber Security or equivalent (NQF 6).
• Post graduate degree in a related discipline is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define the bank’s cyber and information security strategy and own the security operating model.
• Lead Security Operations Centre (SOC) and incident response activities to protect critical environments.
• Coordinate security governance, risk reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Direct cryptography, access control, data protection and key management initiatives.
• Manage budgets and resources for security tools, services and capability.
