Overview Domarq Impact is a new investment-driven venture seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to join as Co-Founder .

The company is building a modern investment and development platform focused on high-impact, scalable projects across South Africa and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, wants meaningful equity ownership, and is ready to shape the financial and strategic backbone of a bold new investment firm.

What You'll Do Lead investment strategy design, fund structuring, and capital allocation planning.

Build and manage financial models, due diligence, and valuation frameworks.

Develop investor relations, partnerships, and deal flow pipelines.

Collaborate on portfolio development, risk assessment, and fund performance tracking.

Work closely with the founding team to grow the venture from the ground up.

Ideal Candidate Holds a relevant financial qualification such as BCom, BSc Finance, Economics, Accounting or related degree.

Postgraduate credentials such as CFA, CAIA, MBA or Masters in Finance / Economics are highly advantageous.

Proven experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, or fund strategy.

Strong understanding of South African and international investment ecosystems.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term, ownership-driven outlook.

Ability to design and execute investment frameworks independently.

Open to an equity-based compensation model (founding equity, not salary-first).
