The CHRO will oversee talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance to ensure that our workforce is aligned with business goals and thrives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Lead the HR team to support recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in a competitive market.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement that aligns with the company's values and mission.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Implement and manage HR systems, policies, and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and workforce planning to ensure future organizational growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational agility and effectiveness.
  • Monitor HR metrics and performance data to evaluate the success of HR programs and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices within South Africa.
