Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the full monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all operating entities (OMEs).

Oversee project accounting and ensure accurate reflection of asset values.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including budget challenge sessions to strengthen cost planning and control.

Drive project costing, financial analysis, and performance tracking to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to Exco and the Board.

Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth, investment, and operational efficiency.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA professional.

Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within the renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based environment.

Strong background in project costing, budget management, and financial governance.

Package & Remuneration
