Our client, a well-known leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking to appoint an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the full monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all operating entities (OMEs).

• Oversee project accounting and ensure accurate reflection of asset values.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including budget challenge sessions to strengthen cost planning and control.

• Drive project costing, financial analysis, and performance tracking to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to Exco and the Board.

• Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth, investment, and operational efficiency.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA professional.

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within the renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based environment.

• Strong background in project costing, budget management, and financial governance.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Package & Remuneration

R1.5Mil CTC per annum - R1.8Mil CTC per annum.
