  • Oversee group-wide financial consolidation and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, tax laws, and governance standards.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Provide financial oversight and strategic guidance to subsidiaries, aligning goals with group objectives.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across the group.
