Our client is a high-growth, mid-sized private company that markets a combined product and service offering to a large and largely untapped private consumer market.

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and execution-driven Chief Executive Officer who can play a leading role in driving this exciting business to achieve its potential. The role is based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a clear multi-year vision, driving strategic priorities such as digitisation, product growth, and margin improvement. Provide regular updates on progress, performance, and risk.
  • Lead all core business functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Focus on cost control, customer acquisition efficiency, and strong unit economics.
  • Oversee the implementation of scalable digital systems (e.g., onboarding, CRM, automation). Build or manage tech capabilities as needed.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable culture. Strengthen leadership through hiring, development, and clear roles. Lead with transparency and integrity.
  • Drive product diversification and strategic partnerships. Explore new markets and opportunities aligned with the company’s model.
