Key Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee Technical Operations: Manage day‑to‑day maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems with precision and expertise.
  • Lead Technical Response: Act as the primary escalation point for facility‑related technical challenges, implementing swift and effective solutions.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop and deploy new standard practices for engineering operations and continuously improve operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive guidance and mentorship to Engineering Operations Technicians.
  • Project Management: Coordinate large‑scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in technical engineering environments.
