Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead P&L and payroll reconciliations, ensure IFRS 16 compliance, and drive financial controls. You will work with CRM implementation teams and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and strategic insights.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, advanced Excel skills, and strong commercial acumen to translate financial data into business decisions.

Qualifications

• CGMA/CIMA qualification is highly advantageous.
• BCom Accounting, Finance, or equivalent financial qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years’ relevant finance and accounting experience is essential.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Proven experience with P&L and payroll reconciliations.
• Strong IFRS 16 experience is essential.
• Exposure to credit risk, credit control, or financial risk management will be advantageous.
• Experience with CRM or financial-system implementation will be highly beneficial.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, proactive, and able to operate effectively at a senior level.
