Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Modderfontein/Olivedale/Pinehaven for a Chemo Nurse. The Chemo Nurse will be responsible for mixing and administering chemotherapy treatments, monitoring patient responses, and managing medication schedules. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patient conditions, providing patient education, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. The Chemo Nurse will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of chemotherapy administration and oncology nursing
  • Excellent patient assessment, monitoring, and education skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
