Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a team of at least 3 direct reports.
• At least 5 years' experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Experience in process control and periodic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and monitoring stock received from branches.
• Use the DDMRP system to run the facility.
• Manage stock put away and picking with FIFO principles.
• Process transfer documentation accurately and timeously.
• Manage document flow and ensure compliance with admin standards.
• Rectify shipment discrepancies and complete reconciliations.
• Facilitate loading of export stock into containers if required.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
• Generate reports and maintain information systems.
• Communicate with Production & Procurement teams.
• Control warehouse expenses and overhead costs.
• Plan warehouse layout for optimization and safety.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and well-maintained.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
