The role involves developing and testing new chemical formulations and processes, translating laboratory discoveries into scalable solutions, and collaborating with scientists in a dynamic lab environment.

You will scale up promising laboratory processes to pilot plant and production levels, evaluate new materials and equipment, and work with cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Proven experience in product development or process R&D within the chemical industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical principles, reaction kinetics, and thermodynamics.
• Experience with analytical techniques and laboratory equipment.
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both laboratory and remote settings, requiring strong communication.
