• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Relevant culinary qualifications would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take responsibility for an assigned section of the kitchen and ensure it operates efficiently.
• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
• Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised and hygienic.
• Assist with menu preparation and contribute ideas where appropriate.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the relevant senior chef.
• Ensure correct food storage, rotation and labelling procedures are followed.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with maintaining health, safety and food hygiene standards.
• Support junior kitchen team members and provide guidance where required.
• Remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
