We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our cold section / larder team in a high-volume, reputable, very busy restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, starters, canapés, cold prep, plating.
• Deliver consistent quality under serious pressure.
• Handle large numbers during peak service while keeping standards high.
• Maintain cleanliness, efficiency, organization, and follow systems.
• Work professionally within a brigade structure.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a CDP in an established, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong larder/cold section skills.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of prep flows.
• Contactable references from recognised restaurants.
• Fluent English language required.
• Diploma required.
