An established finance firm is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join their Shared Services environment. The ideal candidate will possess a BCom degree, strong accounting skills, and at least 3 years of experience in financial accounting. This role includes preparing management accounts, performing variance analysis, and assisting with external audits. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years financial accounting experience.
• Insurance industry accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, Income Tax, and PAYE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Perform variance analysis with insightful commentary.
• Assist with external audits and IFRS-aligned financial reporting.
