Contract Duration : Approx. 3 Years

My client, a well-established Property Company with an extensive national portfolio , is seeking the expertise of a qualified CA(SA) for a long-term contract / project role .

This role would ideally suit a semi-retired or recently retired Chartered Accountant who enjoys working on meaningful projects and wants to stay professionally active without the pressure of a full-time corporate role.

Key Focus Areas
  • Review and assess multiple trust entities within the property portfolio
  • Ensure statutory compliance for each trust (Tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements)
