Port Elizabeth / GQ based client seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA SA) to oversee financial management, reporting, tax strategy, and compliance across a growing multi-branch business.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, tax guidance, audits, and strengthening controls while partnering with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth.

Formación

• Qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with completed articles.
• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of South African taxation and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis and financial controls.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Group financial management and reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Provide strategic tax guidance and oversee SARS compliance
• Manage annual financial statements and coordinate external audits
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including CIPC and Stats SA submissions
• Partner with the Managing Director and Chairman to support commercial decisions, profitability and business growth
• Lead and develop the existing finance team

Are you a commercially minded CA (SA) ready to take the lead in financial management and play a key role in strategic business decision-making? Our client is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee the Group’s financial management, reporting, tax strategy, financial controls and statutory compliance within a growing, multi-branch business.

Key Responsibilities
