These are strategically significant roles suited to individuals who combine technical excellence with commercial insight and thrive in a high-accountability, values-driven environment. The ideal candidates have a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes in high-stakes environments.

Experience in financial services, asset management, investment reporting, or transaction support will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the firm's financial strategy and reporting function
  • Deliver high-quality financial and management reports that support business insight and decision-making
  • Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements and ensure full compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with investment, compliance, and operations teams to align financial reporting with business performance
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling for internal strategic planning
  • Drive continuous improvement in controls, systems, and reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory obligations
  • Participate in or lead special projects such as M&A, valuations, due diligence, or strategic financial reviews
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and ethical accountability
Role Requirements
  • CA(SA) designation (completed articles at a Big 4 audit firm preferably)
  • Solid academic history, with a minimum 65% average
  • Experience in financial services, audit, investment, or transaction advisory roles at any of the following levels: 6‑9 years post‑articles experience
  • 2‑5 years post‑articles experience
  • Newly qualified
  • Strong technical grounding in IFRS, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills; exposure to financial systems, modelling or BI tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical responsibility
  • Ambitious, intellectually curious, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
