We’re a dynamic consulting firm delivering impactful solutions across leading organisations in the banking and financial services sectors.

As part of our People Solutions team, we are continuously on the lookout for experienced Change Managers to join us on a contracting basis. These are project-based opportunities where you’ll be deployed into client environments to support strategic, people-centric transformation across a wide range of initiatives — from digital and ERP implementations to organisational development and large-scale change.

This opportunity is ideal for change professionals who enjoy the variety, flexibility, and impact of contract consulting work, and who are ready to hit the ground running in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage change management workstreams across a variety of client projects (ERP, digital, OD, culture, strategic change)
  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder mapping & readiness evaluations
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement & communication plans
  • Facilitate training, workshops & change capability building
  • Partner with leadership to embed change and drive adoption
  • Monitor milestones, report on progress & manage resistance
  • Support broader organisational development efforts when required
Experience
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Change Management or Organisational Development
  • Proven success in complex environments, ideally within financial services
  • Strong grasp of frameworks like ADKAR (Prosci), Kotter, or Lean Change
  • Excellent communication, facilitation & stakeholder engagement skills
  • ERP or digital project experience
  • Prior consulting or contract-based experience a plus
Education
  • Matric
  • Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification preferred
  • University Qualification, Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience
  • Relevant Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma / recognised qualification from an accredited tertiary institution
