The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in change leadership and a practitioner-level certification. Our client, atop organisationin higher education, is revolutionising its Postgraduate and research systems—moving from paper-based processes to a seamlessdigital platformthat enhances the experience for students, supervisors, and academic support staff.What you'll do : Lead all change management activities, from strategy to execution.Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.Design practical toolkits : communications, stakeholder maps, feedback mechanisms.Drive engagement and adoption across students, staff, and leadership.Coach senior leaders to act as change sponsors and champions.Integrate change activities into project plans and report on progress and risks.Develop training and support plans to ensure effective platform use.

What we're looking for : 7+ years in professional change leadership (3+ years in a lead role).

Practitioner-level certification (e.g., Prosci).

Proven experience in large, complex technology projects.Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall environments.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.Experience in higher education or public sector is a plus.
