  • Superb opportunity for a well-experienced CFO (EE) to join a large Services Company in Pretoria.

Be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring the financial integrity and sustainability of the organisation.

The CFO will play a critical role in leading the business, creating a growth, enabling commercial posture, managing cost efficiencies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, supporting large-scale contracts and driving profitability and efficiency across a diverse set of operations which consists of 3 Divisions within the Group.

A CA(SA) is essential for the role, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Senior Financial Management, preferably within the Security, Facilities Management or Services Industry.Proven experience managing multi-branch, high volume operations with large payroll and contract portfolios.

Strong understanding of tax compliance and BBBEE financial reporting essential.Key Responsibilities : Lead the full finance function, ensuring accuracy, control, and strategic alignment.Provide financial insight to support growth, investment, and commercial decisions.Develop a forward-looking financial strategy focused on profitability and sustainability.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and modelling across all business units.Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and statutory requirements.Drive operational excellence through enhanced systems, processes, and controls.Partner with executives to enable informed, data-driven decision-making.Key Requirements : CA(SA) or equivalent qualification essential.10+ years' senior financial leadership experience, ideally in a services-based or contract-driven environment.Proven track record in driving growth, managing complex operations, and supporting large-scale contracts.Strong commercial, analytical, and operational acumen.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.What We Offer :
