Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual fitness assessments and consultations to understand client goals and capabilities.
• Design customized workout plans tailored to individual fitness levels, needs, and objectives.
• Provide remote guidance and motivation through video calls, messaging, and progress tracking tools.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor client progress, adjust training programs as needed, and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized personal training organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA).
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer , preferably with a background in online coaching.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency with fitness tracking apps, video conferencing tools, and online platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a remote client base effectively.
