Overview
We are seeking a diligent and observant individual to join our team as a CCTV Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Surveillance Monitoring: Monitor multiple CCTV screens simultaneously to observe activities in designated areas.
- Detect Suspicious Behavior: Identify and report any suspicious or unauthorized activities, individuals, or objects.
- Emergency Response: Take immediate action in response to emergencies, security breaches, or incidents by contacting appropriate authorities and following established protocols.
- Incident Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all activities observed, incidents reported, and actions taken during shifts.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with security personnel, law enforcement, and other relevant parties to provide updates, share information, and coordinate responses.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of CCTV equipment by conducting regular checks, reporting any malfunctions, and assisting with troubleshooting as needed.
- Policy Adherence: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations governing surveillance activities and privacy rights.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to enhance overall security measures and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Training: Stay informed about the latest developments in surveillance technology and security protocols through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- PSIRA Registered + B Grade
- Prior minimum 3 years experience
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and related software
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
