A leading catering service provider in Cape Town is seeking a Catering Manager for the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, implementing food service processes, and developing menus. Candidates must have a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3 years of kitchen management experience, particularly in healthcare. Strong management and customer service skills are essential.
The Main Purpose of the job: The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing all food service-related activities, including daily kitchen operations, production process implementation, food / labour cost management, and an overall understanding of HACCP.
