Job summary

A leading catering service provider in South Africa is looking for a Catering Manager to oversee operations in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, food and labor costs, and menu planning. Candidates must have a tertiary qualification in food and beverage services and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of special diets and HACCP.
