A leading food service management company in South Africa seeks a Kitchen Manager responsible for managing daily operations and food service-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3 years of kitchen management experience, with hospital sector experience highly desirable. Knowledge of HACCP and special diets is essential. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are available.
The successful incumbent will be responsible to manage all food service-related activities which include managing daily operations of the kitchen area, implementation of the production process, managing food/labour costs, and an overall understanding of HACCP.
